S. M. Andresen is a teaching artist in Iowa working primarily with ink and oil. He was featured at the Phoenix Art Gallery in the Quad Cities and a small variety of university publications.

His work focuses on religion and identity, growing up in the punk and hardcore scene of the 2000s, and weird faces.
